What are some exercises to do with an exercise band?

I got this box of 3 exercise bands but it didn’t come with any directions or exercises. Does anyone know any exercises to do with them?

What are some good indoor exercise activities?

I want to exercise, and I used to run a lot, but its been getting colder and I get bad breathing problems when Im out in it working out. Also I used to go to the Y all the time, but I would walk from school then get picked up by my mom, now that its colder i cant walk and i dont have a ride there… Can I get some good indoor exercising activities to do indoors that will work just as good as running and other cardio workouts?

What are some good exercises for a person who does not exercise start off with?

I am trying to make exercise part of my daily routine. I need to start slow to keep my motivation and stamina up. Any ideas (other than walking) of what I should start off with?
