I really like Nicki Doane’s intro to Ashtanga Yoga so I thought I’d try her Maya Yoga. It’s a really great work out and flows well, but some of the positions are very difficult and she doesn’t explain how to get into the positions very well. I would recommend this for people who are experienced at practicing yoga.
