I would like to get down to about 150lbs or so but I am having trouble sticking with an exercise plan.
I do good with it for a week or two then I lose motivation and it will take like a month for me to get back on tract.
So any tips or tricks, for dieting or motivation to exercise?

How bout the ole mirror trick? Every morning, strip and take a good look at yourself. Then get on the scales. That oughta do it.
Good luck.

It’s easy for me. I used to weigh 100 pounds more than I do now. I just look at old pictures and get all of the motivation I need.
I ride a bicycle everyday, and it’s better then lifting weights. Swimming can be a lot of fun instead of those exercise machines they have in a gym.
A good low fat diet is the key. Low in calories, and something that you can live with.
Well, I have a goal of getting down to 110. Right now, I’m at 125. I’ve already lost about a good 20 pounds already. I still have a lot more to lose! But to keep me motivated, I tend to post up pictures in a little book of the way I want to be and even old photos of the way I used to look. Whenever I feel the urge to binge out, I flip through the pictures and realize that if I really want to lose the weight and look like that, then I can’t eat junk! It really helps.
Other ways to stay motivated is I get a buddy to work out with. The competitive nature in people makes us want to out do others. Doing this also makes sure that you have someone to talk to that is also going through the process! That way, you don’t get bored and quit!
I hope that helped you! And I’m sorry if my explaination doesn’t make sense. I’m really tired! Ha, ha. Anyway, I hope you stay motivated and get to your goal!
What helps me in diet is vitamins and herbs.
The vitamins & minerals I take provides my body with the needed complete nutrition. The herbs like garlic and fenugreek hunger. Then watch my calorie intake and drink water. When I did this before I was losin 20 pounds a month. Then here came the holidays and threw off my healthy diet.
Time to start again, I want to lose 60 pounds in by June 4th. We will be going to Coyote Ugly in Fl.
