I don&#8217;t have have any exercise equipment so please don&#8217;t suggest that. My dogs haven&#8217;t been able to go outside for a couple of days and walk and they are starting to look depressed. It&#8217;s been cold and rainy with sleet the last couple of days. Thanks.

I don&#8217;t get how that works. Some exercise to lose weight, and others to bulk up.  What is the difference between those exercises? Or is it really what you eat that makes the difference?<br />

I have plantar fasciitis and i cant run right now so im scared i&#8217;ll lose conditioning while on this break, so i have to find another exercise for now to stay in shape without damaging the foot any further. Also I dont have acces to a swimming pool so i can&#8217;t do that&#8230;help?

I exercise almost daily.  But, seems to be hitting the wall.
I do aerobics about 45-60 minutes a day, with average heart rate of around 135 the whole time.
But, my stamina and endurance are not improving.
I do weights three times a week too.
What am I doing wrong?
