   I found this ball great. Though it says 30″ it pumped up to about 22″. It must be thirty inches unpumped. I found the pump helpful, and was able to pump it up very firm with the included pump. It is pretty latexy, but I don’t mind. I keep it indoors and it hasn’t popped for over a year. It seems pretty rugged. If you really want a giant ball (like I did), don’t buy it. Otherwise it’s a good ball.

   Took forever to pump up, 6″ pump that was included was worthless. It didn’t have instructions, so I wasn’t sure how much to pump it up. I got it to a somewhat firm ball (used my electric pump.) Otherwise good investment if used. I use the ball about once a week from exercises I found on the internet.

   I have the 65 cm model, and it came as described. It is has more of a latex feel than some of the more rigid, plastic-feeling balls, and it is not as rigid as I have experienced in the past. Still rugged and very useful, but it is probably better suited for folks 6″ shorter than advertised.

   good product , i had been using this product for the last 9 months and my abs are stronger and i can see my legs and abs muscle now.
