How much does exercise have to do with mental sharpness and memory?
I know I'm answering my own question, but I would like to know other people's experiences with exercise and feeling mentally sharp. Please let me know of differences in mental acuity between weeks or months of not exercising and exercising regularly. I'm particularly interested in those people who have lost a lot of weight and the memory performance differences between being overweight and being at normal weight.
How often should a diabetic exercise? What kinds of exercise would be appropriate?
I'm not sure how much exercise would also be considered too much. I've heard and read some recommend an exercise of 3 times a week. Would exercising daily be too much? I think other people leading active lifestyles have no problem with daily physical activity. Is it possible for a diabetic to still build up their muscles? Or would their condition make it a little more difficult for them?
What are the best exercises on Wii fit and on an exercise ball?
Hi, I would like to just slim down in around a week. I'm 12 turning 13 soon. I have a Wii Fit and an exercise ball, and I would like the best exercises on Wii Fit and some cool workouts on the exercise ball. Thanks!
How is a regular exercise bike different than a spinning bike?
The buzz lately is that you can burn about 500 calories, tone up and lose weight quickly by exercising for only 30 minutes on a spinning bike. I have a regular exercise bike and cannot afford a spinning bike or classes. Would I be able to achieve the same results by exercising for 30 minutes a day on my exercise bike? Please explain to me the difference between the two bikes and how they work differently to give different results?
What are ways to exercise without equipment?
I'm trying to lose weight. I'm only 15 years old and it's hard for me to go to a gym or to buy exercise equipment to exercise in the house. The only thing really holding me back from going on a diet is exercise because i know it's hard to lose weight without exercise. Could someone help me?
